The Italian market of mergers and acquisitions 2017-2018

In 2017, according to the Kpmg report, the Italian market of mergers and acquisitions has recorded 733 transactions (-1% compared to the 740 2016), to about 41 billion euros (-28% compared to 56 billion in 2016).Investments from Italian companies: 489 operations (-2% compared to 500 in 2016) have invested 20.6 billion (-42% from 37 billion by 2016), of which 11,3 in Italy, and 9.3 and abroad.
